Pricing
Telebase pricing: $0.03 per lookup, $0.20 for SIM swap
A standard lookup costs $0.03 and returns carrier, country, number type and active status. SIM swap detection is a separate check at $0.20, requested only when you need it. There is no annual commitment and no subscription, invalid numbers and failed requests are not charged, and every account starts with 100 free queries.
The two prices
Most fraud and KYC workflows do not need a SIM swap check on every event. Pricing the two separately means you pay commodity rates for the checks you run at volume, and only pay for SIM swap on the events where it changes a decision.

A standard lookup never includes a SIM swap check and is never charged as one. SIM swap is requested explicitly per call, so a query you did not ask to include it in is charged at $0.03.
Volume pricing
Both rates are the standard published prices, and both are lower at volume. If you are planning production traffic, get in touch and we will quote against your expected volume and mix.
Pricing is the same in every country we cover. Our own costs vary by market and carrier; yours do not.
How billing works
Credits are deducted per check that we answer. Invalid numbers and failed requests are not charged, so you never pay for malformed input or for our downtime. The table below is the complete rule.

Accounts are provisioned with 100 free queries when set up, enough to run your first lookups end to end; see the quickstart guide for what that first request looks like.
There is no recurring billing and nothing renews automatically. During the preview, credits are added by arrangement: email [email protected] and we will invoice you.
Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, and partially used packages are refunded for the unused remainder in that window. Credits already deducted for completed checks are non-refundable. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
